Modifying a portal is done within the portal, not from within ClearBlade Platform developer console.

In order to modify a portal, the user must be assigned to a role that was granted update permissions for the portal.

A user will only see layout below if they belong to a role that has update permissions for the portal.

Add panes to the portal, modify portal styling, edit user profile, and save portal structure and content.

Add datasources to the portal. Datasources allow dynamic data to flow into the portal to be manipulated and displayed.
